GRH Registration Form

When you complete this form, you will be registered in the Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) program. Ticket To Ride will send you a voucher to use when an unplanned emergency arises and you need to leave work or stay late.  Just use a cab to get home and make sure you get a receipt. Attach the receipt to the voucher and mail it to Ticket To Ride. We will reimburse your cab costs 80%, including tip.  Once you have been approved for your GRH reimbursement, Ticket to Ride will mail you another voucher; you may use the GRH program up to 4 times a year.
